We don't make customers come to us when they've been through a catastrophe. We bring our mobile claims centers to them—with the technology and resources needed to help families start rebuilding their lives right away.
Mobile claims centers (MCCs) are motorhomes custom-built for disaster response.
GETTING HELP TO CUSTOMERS FASTER
To reach people caught in severely damaged areas blocked by branches and debris, we developed smaller catastrophe response vehicles. So, as soon as local authorities give the OK, we can start finding our customers and filing claims.
