SUPPORTING DIVERSE BUSINESSES
Businesses owned by minorities and women represent about 70% of all US companies—but they only generate 16% of the nation’s GDP. The Allstate Mentoring Program strives to shift the numbers by giving diverse business owners the tools to strengthen their companies.
ENCOURAGING DIVERSITY BEYOND OUR WALLS
Every year, our Supplier Diversity Exchange gives women-, LGBT-, veteran-, disability- and minority-owned businesses more opportunities to land big contracts. In fact, 60% of diverse businesses that attend the Exchange end up partnering with Allstate or our suppliers, and we’ve spent over $3.1 billion with diverse suppliers since 2007.

CREATING AN INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE HERE AT ALLSTATE
We work hard to ensure our agents and employees are supported with inclusive leadership, company policies and practices, like our employee resource groups. Here, staff build relationships over shared interests, ethnicities, orientations and lifestyles.

THANKING VETERANS WITH MORE OPPORTUNITIES
When it comes to Good Hands, former military are some of the best. From participating in the Veteran Jobs Mission Coalition and helping them join our team to proactively working to contract with veteran-owned businesses, Allstate is dedicated to serving the men and women who have served our county.
