HELPING HANDS IN THE COMMUNITY

For more than 40 years, the Helping Hands volunteer program has helped Allstaters across the country be a force for good. From planting community gardens to serving on nonprofit boards, lending a hand is core to our culture.

Making Time To Make A Difference

Good work isn't confined to the workplace. We created Allstate Bring Out the Good Month to help agents and employees donate time and resources in force. In April 2016, 11,500 volunteers completed 692 service projects.

Reaching Out From Our Foundation

Helping others is a core part of what we do—and it’s why we began The Allstate Foundation. Through it, we conduct research, award grants and help change lives with teen driving and domestic violence programs.

Amplifying Agent and Employee Donations

Through the Giving Campaign, Allstaters give to the causes and charities they care about year round. We also stretch those donated dollars even further by matching 15 cents on the dollar with an extra 5 cents for United Way.

CELEBRATING OUR COMMUNITY SERVICE HEROES

Those who go above and beyond for their communities deserve recognition. We ask volunteers to share their powerful stories to honor them and all that they do—and help inspire others to make a difference as well.

REDUCING OUR ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT

From LEED-certified office buildings to water-filtering stations that keep more than 1 million plastic bottles out of landfills, being good stewards of the environment is second nature to us. Learn more about our green initiatives in the Allstate Corporate Responsibility Report.
