Getting involved is the norm at Allstate. That’s because we have so many programs in place that make it easy for agents and employees to give back.
MAKING TIME TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Working full-time shouldn't mean having no time for community service. We instituted the Week of Service to help agents and employees get involved. In 2014, they volunteered over 16,500 hours.
Lending a hand to local nonprofits
We support what our agents and employees support. When they volunteer with local nonprofits, we give those organizations the chance to apply for Agency Hands in the Community or Helping Hands grants.
Amplifying Agent and Employee Donations
Through the Giving Campaign, Allstaters give to the causes and charities they care about year round. We also stretch those donated dollars even further by matching 15 cents on the dollar with an extra 5 cents for United Way.

Those who go above and beyond for their communities deserve recognition. We ask volunteers to share their powerful stories to honor them and all that they do—and help inspire others to make a difference as well.
